5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

5:30 pm: Maureen breathed for 10 minutes using a nebulizer.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: sloppy joe, potatos. Whole cup of water.

Maureen was coughing only ones during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding.

7:00 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.1

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 69

8:00 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:45 am : dry diaper,

Repositioned right side

4:40 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

Maureen slept good all night.
