4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer having good time with Carolyn and watching TV.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Salmon with zukinii, tomatos and onion, 3/4 Cup of water.

Maureen coughed only ones.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

We applied Hydrocortisone right on the back of the right underarm.

Temp.: 97,9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
