9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

9:55 am: Maureen opened eyes.

We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:10 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 106/70

P: 74

O2: 96

10:20 am: Me and Merianne washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

The diaper was dry. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

10:40 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 10 oz of water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

10:50 am : Breakfast: Banana bread with pear.

Maureen had 10 oz apple juice.

11:15 am: Oral care.

11:20 am: Face routine.

12:45 pm: Lunch: a bowl of chicken soup and avocado

11 oz Sparkling water

1:15 pm: Oral care.

1:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Medium wet diaper. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

We position to face her right side.

2:45 pm: Rest break is over.

Dry diaper.

Transferred to the front room.

3:00 pm: 9 oz of water

watermelon and apple - fruit snack.

4:30 pm: Dinner: beef/tomato pasta

7 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
