4:00 pm: Maureen was resting and watching TV in the living room

Tom cut her nails because she was scratching her hands. We also cleaned her ears.

5:25 pm: 20 ml cough syrop, 1/3 cup of water

5.30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:45 pm: We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: pork tender loin, butternut squash and califlower.

Maureen was coughing only ones during the dinner

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding

6:45 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:10 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom:diaper medium wet, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

7:30 pm:

Temp: 97.5

Oxygen: 95,

Hear Rate:65,

8:10 pm: asleep

Maureen was restless all evening. Something was bothering her.

After dinner, she had rashes in various places, most notably on her right arm. Tom was talking to the nurse. She suggested applying Benadryl ointment, we did.
