4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the living room. Barbara visited her😊

The diaper was dry.

4:45 pm: dinner: taco (chicken, veggie and rice).

3/4 cup of water.

5:20 pm: BP: 120/62 P: 74

5:45 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet. Small soft BM.

Cleaned,changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Oxygen: 99

Heart Rate: 63

6:55 pm: asleep. 9:30 pm: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: medium wet diaper. Medium soft BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
