4:00 pm: Ann - the nurse visited Maureen.

Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer in the living room.

After Ann left, Maureen started watch TV and fell asleep.

We used suction machine two times.

5:00 pm: dinner: macaronii and cheese with ham and broccoli.

5:30 pm: nap

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : 20 ml Robafen.

6:20 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with jello.

Tommy visited Maureen.

6: 40 pm: Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 73

7:15 pm : asleep

7:50 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.
