5:00 pm: dry diaper.

5:05 pm: dinner: Sea Bass, Asparagus and Califlower

3/4 cup of water.

5:50 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:20 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper. A lot of clear discharge.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Nystatin on the abdomen.

Applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

T-96.9

O2-98

She woke up.

6:50 pm: Maureen is asleep.

9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry doaper.

Repositioned right side.

3:20 am: Maureen woke up..

Her eyes were wide open and she acted like she had the hiccups. I wet her mouth with cold water and let her drink a few sips with a swap.

She fell asleep around 4 am.

4;30 : Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.
