4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:45 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: cod, asparagus, sweet potatoes

3/4 cup of water with lemon

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Nystatin on the abdomen.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

T-96.8

O2-97

P- 76

6:45 pm: Maureen is asleep.


  • Maurenn consume 28 ounces of fluid.
