5:00 pm: Maureen was taking a nap in the reclainer at the living room.

5:30 pm: dinner: orange chicken

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm : 20 ml Robafen

6:25 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with jello.

6:45 : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:10 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a medium wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 74

7:25 pm : asleep

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am : dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:15 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion

Repositionef left side.

Maureen slept good. I used tree times the pump to clear her throat. She coughed few times during tha night.
