Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sleeping.

8:25AM - She moved slightly and opened her eyes - went back to sleep a couple of minutes after.

8:45AM - Still sleeping.

9:15AM - Maureen is still sleeping.

9:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes, no signs of any distress although still looking sleepy. We gave her sips of water via swab.

9:45AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 104/64, P: 70 bpm, O2: 95%

9:55AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:10AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry with very little, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room (skipping hair wash today - hair still looks great).

10:25AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 2x.

11:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to fave the right side.

1:10PM - Shortened rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

1:20PM - Lunch - grilled ham and cheese sandwich, avocado and 12 oz root beer. Coughed 4x and sneezed once.

2:00PM - Oral care.

Out for a quick walk.

2:40PM - Came back. Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 10oz of water with electrolytes. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
