• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 100/59.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Shepherds pie, 1/3 cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: temp: 96, pulse: 60, O2: 96
