Friday, Nov. 21, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen just woke up and having sips of water via swab.

8:20AM - She went back to close her eyes to sleep.

8:55AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looking more awake and ready to start her day. Gave her sips of water again via swab. Placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 110/63, P: 72bpm, O2: 97%

9:20AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:35AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath - no redness on skin,'used warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:50AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana and 8oz coffee with creamer. Coughed 3x.

10:35AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:50AM - Tele-consult with Dr. Purinson (annual wellness check).

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:25PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

12:45PM - Lunch - grilled turkey and cheese, tomato on the side and 12 oz root beer. Maureen ate very well. Coughed 3x.

1:00PM - Lucy, NP arrived for Maureen's re-certification.

1:35PM - Administered 20ml cough syrup with apple sauce.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we did a clean and change. Position to face her right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water. Fruit snack (melon and apple). Coughed once.
