Friday, May 9, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, awake. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:10AM - Maureen's still soundly asleep, we turned her to face the right side.

9:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes. Looked awake, well-rested and ready to start the day. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 62

9:40AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using tepid water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no rashes around the area. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on the inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

10:10AM - We transferred to the front room to dry and style Maureen's hair.

Gave her 10oz of lemon water before breakfast and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:20AM - Breakfast - waffle, banana and 8oz apple juice. Maureen coughed 2x.

10:55AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:30AM - Maureen was sitting comfortably on the recliner - awake.

12:00PM - Maureen looked sleepy, energy going down. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:45PM - She closed her eyes for a nap.

1:00PM - Maureen woke up from nap, 2nd rest break was also over. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

1:10PM - Lunch - turkey with cheese and tomato sandwich, and 12 oz rootbeer. Maureen coughed once and ate well.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we did a clean and change. Then, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was

clean and dry. We got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
