Friday, May 16, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping, lying on her left side.

8:25AM - Maureen woke up, had sips of water via swab. Waiting for Maureen to be fully awake since she's still looking a little bit sleepy.

8:50AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 98/62, P: 53/52

*pulse rate is low than the normal, we will monitor.

9:00AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - skin is clear from rashes/redness. Diaper was medium wet - no redness on area. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

9:25AM - We transferred Maureen to the front room to dry and style her hair.

Maureen took 8oz of water and had 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce before breakfast

9:35AM - Breakfast - Waffle with blueberry jam, pear and 6oz prune juice. Coughed once, used suction machine to aid with the phlegm.

10:15AM - Oral care.

10:45AM - Maureen's leaning back comfortably while sitting on the recliner. Eyes closed.

11:10AM - Katie, RN from Journey Care came for Maureen's recertification.

HR - 68bpm

**Maureen was napping the entire time that Katie was here. Hands relaxed and comfortable.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed her and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - Mozzarella and tomato salad, sweet pea soup and 12oz rootbeer. She coughed once while eating, liquid made her cough 3x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

Maureen is quite and salivating a little more than the usual, looking comfortable and relaxed.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 2oz of lemon water before the fruit snack (melon, banana, apple).
