Friday, July 19 Swing shift summary

5:00 pm- Maureen is in her recliner. Her diaper is dry. We administered 500 mg of Ciprofloxacin with apple sauce.
5:05 pm- Dinner- Slice of chicken breast, steamed broccoli, cup of water. No coughs during dinner.
5:50 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:10 pm- Evening oral care.
6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. There was some vaginal discharge. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned Maureen's face and hands. Applied Cetaphil lotion on her face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
