Friday, Jan. 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, lying on her left side. Looking calm and comfortable. No signs of pain or distress noted.

8:40AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/60, P: 67 bpm

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Light redness on her right underarm and lower abdomen. We dried the area and applied Nystatin cream. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and washed the hair.

9:30AM - We transferred to the kitchen to blow-dry and styled the hair.

We gave 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:45AM - Maureen had pancake with syrup and sausage for breakfast. Took 2/3 cup of water. Maureen enjoyed breakfast. Coughed 2x.

**MiraLAX daily dose today - 1 cap

10:20AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen was looking relaxed while sitting on the recliner - awake while listening to the music.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium cloudy vaginal discharges. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - turkey with cheese grilled sandwich, fresh tomato and a cup of sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x. **Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

**Her nose were runny most of the time while eating lunch and we can hear sounds in her throat that Maureen was trying to get rid off by coughing.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:20PM - Maureen had half a cup of ginger tea.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break, diaper was medium wet with very small soft BM. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Sips of ginger tea before having her fruit snack (apple, banana and melon).
