Friday, Jan. 16, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side - awake, no signs of any pain or discomfort. She looked well rested and ready to start her day. Tom gave her sips of water via swab.

9:45AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 110/65, P: 65, O2: 95%

9:55AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

10:30AM - Maureen took 8oz lemon water. Administered 10mg Loratadine and 1 tab 500mg (crushed) Ciprofloxacin with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear, 3 oz coffee, and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 2x.

11:15AM Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

**Maureen closed her eyes for a nap 10mins after.

12:50PM - Lunch - chicken noodle soup with crackers, and 12 oz rootbeer. Maureem coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry. We position to face her right side.

3:15PM - Rest break is over. Diaper was heavy wet with large, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:30PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple). Maureen took 10oz of sparkling water.

4:40PM - Dinner - baked salmon, mixed veggies, mashed potato, and 9oz sparkling water. Maureen had an orange jell-O for dessert. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

5:40PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine, 1 tab 500 mg (crushed) Ciprofloxacin with apple sauce and 12.5ml

Vimpat.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:05PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:30PM - Maureen's sleeping.
