Friday Feb. 27th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, sitting w/Tom & he gave her a few swabs of water. We sat her up in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine & a albuterol breathing treatment. She also drank 10oz of water.

-10:10am Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet. Applied sureprep barrier to her sacrum area & cavilon between her thighs. We dressed her & washed her hair.

-10:25am transferred Maureen into the living room. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and pureed pears & few zips of coconut water.

-11:15am 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce & 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

• Maureen seems restless/uncomfortable

• Maureen is resting

• 1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon & pears. Drank 10oz.of coconut water. Alot of suctioning, appears to be choking on liquids & fruit.

• 2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break. Maureen was heavy wet & I administered a suppository & finished changing her. Positioned her on her left side.

• 3:15pm Maureen had a large formed BM, cleaned her & dressed her to start her afternoon. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

• 4:00pm albuterol breathing treatment given. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water. Checked her diaper it was clean.

• 4:30pm dinner pepper & eggs w/tater tots,few zips of lemon water. Gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce, 10ml of VIMPAT & 20ml of cough syrup.

• 5:30pm Maureen finished 10oz.of lemon water.

• Oralcare

• 5:45pm Transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed her diaper it was medium wet, medium soft BM applied cavilon to her bottom & thighs. Washed Maureen's face and hands, applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Placed Maureen on her left side.
