Friday, Dec. 19, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, comfortably lying on her left side. She had sips of water via swab.

8:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes back to sleep.

9:00AM - Still sleeping. No signs of any distress.

9:40AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still looking slightly sleepy but enough to start the day. Gave her another sips of water via swab - coughed (wet), used suction machine.

We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce

BP: 118/65, P: 65 bpm, O2: 94%

9:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

10:10AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 6oz coffee. Coughed 3x (dry).

10:56AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:30AM - Maureen's relaxed while on chair, closed her eyes 15mins after for a nap.

12:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:50PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

1:05PM - We transferred to the front room.

Lunch - tuna salad, chicken/rice soup, beets and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x.

1:55PM - Oral care.

**Maureen looking tired and sleepy however, stayed awake while on the recliner.

2:50PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we did a clean and change. Position to face her left side - to keep BM moving.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen took 10oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack followed (melon).
