• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner finishing her fruit snack.

  Nasal oxygen is ON

  Pulse: 66

  O2: 92

• 4:25pm Administered 5ml of expectorant and 500mg acetaminophen (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 4:40pm Blood pressure: 111/60.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Pasta with peas spinach and tomato, and 3oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times, suction pump used twice.

• 5:35pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small -brown spot on the diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 96.8

         Pulse: 72

         O2: 94

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
