Friday, Apr. 11, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - already awake. Tom informed she woke up around 7:30am and had sips of water via swab.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 102/60, P: 65 bpm

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full

body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet with medium, clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Calazinc on the slightly red labia. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

**We are skipping hair wash today, Maureen just had her hair recently done.

9:20AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast, took her 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. **Reclined geri chair after for one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - pancake, pear, 3oz of coffee and 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed 2x.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Neb treatment for Maureen. We heard this stubborn phlegm in her throat that she's trying to cough out, nose started to be runny as well.

10:30AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen was sitting comfortably on her chair, awake - listening to the music.

11:40AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the kitchen.

12:55PM - Lunch - tuna salad with tzaziki sauce, fresh tomato and mashed potato. Maureen had 11oz rootbeer and 3oz lemon water. She ate very well. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch after eating.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with small, clear vaginal discharge, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon). Maureen had 2oz of lemon water before the fruit.
