5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the living room

5:10 pm: Dinner: salmon, potatos and spinach

Maureen coughed only ones during the dinner.

6:00 pm :

* 12,5 ml VIMPAT

* 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

* CIPROFLOXACIN 500 MG with applesouce

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with only wipes. We did not use the soap, because we noticed a lot of redness under the breasts. We applied Nystatin.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows. Temperature 96.2

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

7:10 pm : asleep

10:30 pm: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Repositoned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good .
