February 21 Daytime shift

5:40am changed medium wet. 6:00 given 20mg TROSPIUM, repositioned. 7:30 changed light wet, bed bath, NYSTATIN under breasts, dressed. 8:00 breakfast: broccoli cheese omelet with sausage and english muffin. Daily meds with 5mg OLANZAPINE and 2.5ml OXCARBAZEPINE. Water swallow issue after toothbrush.

9:00 PT in chair: leg and knee lifts

9:30 bathroom semi-dry, changed. Tinkled in toilet: CLOUDY. 10:00 front room chair fell asleep

11:45 awoke w/lots of twitching, calmed slowly.

12:00 water swallow issue. 12:15 bathroom: very soft BM in pull-ups. Changed pants also.

Tinkle in toilet. CLOUDY.

12:30 lunch: salmon, spinach, potato. Maureen leaning to left.

2:10 bathroom: dry, no change

3:30 Maureen started crying. Bathroom, still dry but changed. Still leaning left.
