February 21,2026 Daytime update.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom's giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress.

9:50AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Couch once Suction machine once.

10:15AM - Gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:45:AM- gave Maureen 20mL of cough syrup (Geri-Tussin) with apple sauce

10:50AM - Maureen took 5oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Cough 2x suction machine .

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, and avocado, finished 10oz orange Juice with 1/2 cap Miralax Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x used suction machine once.

11:30AM - Oral care.

11:45AM- Facial and hand care routine.

12:15PM- Maureen Watching tv Olympic right now

1:20PM - Maureen took 5oz of water with lemon ,

Melon and sightly puréed pear for as fruit snack. She finished all. Coughed once then suction.

2:00PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet Cleaned and change , we position her to face the right side.

3:20PM - Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:40 - Maureen had 5oz of sparkling water.

3:45- I gently pressed a warm, wet cotton around her eyes for a few seconds just to clean

4:30PM - Dinner - Sloppy Joe’s and Potato Salad. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 8oz sparkling water. Coughed 3x then suction.

5:45PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine crushed with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

5:55PM - Oral care.

6:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet , cleaned and change,We applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.
