4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

Carolyn visited her.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Ribs, Broccoli and Califlower Mash and Gnocchi - prepared by Carolyn. Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

Barbara visited Maureen.

We all were enjoying PACZKI :)

6:10 pm :

* 12,5 ml VIMPAT

* 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello

* CIPROFLOXACIN 500 MG with applesouce

6:25 pm: Evening oral care.

6:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 95,2

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 64

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg

10:00pm, heavy wet, very small, formed poop, cleaned, changed, reposition right 12:00am, dry, reposition left 3:00am, dry, reposition right 4:00am, medium wet, cleaned, changed 5:40am, dry, reposition
