4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner. Ann - the nurse visited Maureen.

5:00 pm: Dinner: pork, nudles, sauerkraut and apple souce

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very heavy. Medium soft bowel movement. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s on her chest.

Applied hydrocortisone on her neck.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.1

Oxygen: 94

Heart Rate: 62

7:15 pm : asleep
