Duplicate blog posts for the same shift

Good morning. Several caregivers have created multiple blog posts for the same shift during the last 6-8 weeks. I am uncertain as to why this is happening. The functionality of the blog has not changed.

Please have complete faith that when tapping the "Publish" button, the new content added will be saved. If you immediately tap the "left arrow" button after publishing new content, it will not be visible. This does not make sense, Unfortunately, this is the way the blog is strucutured. I cannot change it.

To view the new content added, tap "MAP CARE" at the top of the screen. You will be directed to the blog's home page. Then, select the post you want to view. The new content will be visible.

On a going forward basis, our expectation is that one post will be created for each shift.

If a duplicate post is created, it is the caregiver's responsibility to delete it.

Deleting a duplicate post is simple. Tap the three dots graphic in the top right of the screen. Choose the "Move to Trash" option. Confirm that you want to delete the duplicate post.

Please contact Brian if you need assistance deleting a dupliucate post.
