4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:40 pm: BP: 118/66 P: 73 4:45 pm: the diaper was dry.

4:50 pm: dinner: sloppy joe, potato salad

3/4 cup of water.

5:15 - 5:50 pm: she took a nap

5:55 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96.6

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 75

6:45 pm: asleep.
