4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the living room. 4:20 - 5.00 pm : she took a nap

Her diaper was dry.

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken encillada

1/4 cup of water.

Maureen was very tired.

5:30 - 6:10 pm: she took a nap

5:40 pm: BP: 98/50 P: 67

6:10 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 75

6:50 pm: asleep.

July 28/ July 29 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
