4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching her favorite schows.

6:00 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Nystatin under the abdomen.

6:15 pm: dinner: pasta with meat bolls

She coughed three times during the dinner.

6:55 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: Me and Maya headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed Maureen.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,4

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 67

7:40 pm : asleep.

10:15 pm : medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am : dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side. Maureen slept good all night.
