4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the living room and watching TV.

6:05 pm: we headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet.

We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

We noticed redness under the abdomen. We applied Nystatin.

6:15 pm: dinner: caserolle

She coughed two times during the dinner.

6:45 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm : Evening oral care.

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

7:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We changed her. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,4

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 65

7:30 pm : asleep.
