4:00 : Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

4:30 pm: Nebulizer treatment with Albuterol.

4:45 pm: cough syrup with applesouce

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: Dinner: broccoli chicken.

5 oz of water with lemon.

5:30 pm: vanilla’s rice pudding for dessert.

5:50 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce

Administered Tylenol.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper. Medium formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
