5:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

Diaper is dry.

5:10 pm: dinner: lemon chicken, Califlower, cake 😊 and 3/4 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Repositioned left side.

4:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
