5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner in the living room.

She looked much better than yesterday. Her eyes were open.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion. The diaper was medium wet.

6:20 pm: dinner: salmon, potatos and applesouse. Maureen enjoyed very much.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT by spoon and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:10 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.1

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 95

7:50 pm: asleep

9:45 pm: the diaper was a little wet. I changed Maureen and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

9:58 pm - 10:18 pm: sezure

Maureen was on her right side. Mouth was completely clear.

10:05 pm: We administered a dose of 0.5ml of Lorazepam between Maureen’s cheek and gum.

10:10 pm : We administered second dose of 0,5 ml of Lorazepam.

After the sezure she was coughing a lot. 10:30 - 11:00 pm : I used few times the suckion pump.

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side

4:30 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen is sleeping very deep right now.
