5:00 pm: dinner: ribs with souce, mashed potatos and spinach.

Half cup of wather.

Two times cough.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE

with mixberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
