4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.

5:30 pm : eye treatment

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: dinner: Lasagna., garlic bread

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:05 Oral care

Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s.

7:25 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.4

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 78

7:50 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

10:10 pm : eye treatment

12:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned right side.

3:50 am : Maureen coughed few times.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.
