4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the living room and watching TV.

5.30 pm: Nebulizer

6:10 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and applied Lotion.

6:25 pm: dinner: chicken/veggie pie. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

7:05 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

7:15 pm: oral care

Cleaned with Aloe Vesta

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vick’s

7:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.1

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 76

8:00 pm: asleep.

10:15 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.

She did not cough at all.
