5:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the recliner and watching TV.

Diaper is dry.

5: 00 pm: Dinner: chicken with sun-dried tomatos, beets, 3/4 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed ones.

5:30 pm: Administered metroNIDAZOLE 500MG tab with applesauce.

5:50 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:40 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

3:50 am: Maureen woke up and did’nt sleep 40 minutes.
