5:00 pm: dinner: ribs with souce, mashed potatos, spinach prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much.

One cup of wather.

No cough.

5:45 pm: BP: 130/89

6:00 pm:

*12,5 ml VIMPAT

*5 mg OLANZAPINE

*1/2 LISINOPRIL

with strawberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97,6

Oxygen: 92

Heart Rate: 71

7:00 asleep.
