1-5-21 @ 111PM - Maureen began to shout, scream and wail quite loudly. It has been a stressful day because of the haircut. Maya and I decided to administer .25mg of Ativan.

Summary of Ativan dose administered on 1-5-21 @ 111PM - Maureen calmed down by 330PM. The rest of the day proceeded without any sustained periods of agitation, anxiety, loud outbursts or crying. She was not listless or drowsy. All in all, this proved to be an effective use of a small dose of Ativan.
1-5-21 @ 150PM - Agitation and deep crying persists.
1-5-21 @ 124PM - High level of wailing, crying and general agitation continues.
