5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room.

The diaper was dry.

5:10 pm: dinner: Salmon, Rice and Carrots

1 cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

5:50 pm: BP: 102/67 P: 96

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

We applied Nystatin under the fold of the belly (left side).

We noticed small red spot on her left breast.

Temp.: 98,4

Heart Rate: 92

6:55 pm: asleep.

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

Temp.: 97.1

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.
