April 5, 2022, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching her favorite shows. I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: Cleaned and changed Maureen in the bed - the diaper was very wet, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: chicken & brocolli - prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

No water while eating. Only before and after eating a meal she drink few sips.

Maureen was coughing 4 times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:15 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Temp: 97.7

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 71

7:50 pm: asleep.
