4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching favorite shows.

The diaper before dinner was dry.

5:00 pm: dinner: Fajita Chicken with tomato and avocado.

3/4 cup of water with lemon.

Maureen coughed ones during the dinner.

5:30 pm: BP: 114/62 P: 73

5:50 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

Luda visited Maureen🙂

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,5

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 76

6:55 pm: asleep.
