9:30 pm: Medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

10:40 pm: Maureen sleeps uneasily. She moves her legs a lot. Diaper slightly wet. Cleaned her and changed her position to the left side.

12:40 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side.

2:40 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

4:45 am: medium wet diaper

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

Maureen slept good.

10:00pm , dry, reposition right 12:00am, dry repositioned left 3:00am,dry repositioned right 4:30am dry repositioned left no coughing or sneezing , no bm , no twitching slept good all night
