April 13, 2022, Swingshift Update

3:45 pm: Julie- a nurse visited Maureen.

After she left Maureen was watching her favorite show. She was sitting comfortably in the recliner, I massaged her left arm and hand.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed her. The diaper was very wet. The redness on the buttocks was less than yesterday. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:10 pm: Dinner: Sausage, Cheese, Pepper, Onion, Spinach Casserole prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed her dinner :)

No water while eating.

Maureen was coughing today only ones during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:15 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:25 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left big toe.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97.7

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 70

7:50 pm: asleep.

July 28/ July 29 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
