5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:15 pm: Dinner: Irish Stew with carrots and potatos. Maureen enjoyed it very much. She coughed four times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE and Benadryl with strawberry Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

Applied Hydrocortisone Cream on the all red spots.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 96,7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68

7:00 pm : asleep

9:45 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
