10/16, Sunday, Morning Update

9:00 -Starts getting up Maureen. AM care. Gave complite bed bath using wipes in a purple container. Applied Cavilon. Diaper was small wet. Ferformed am stretches/exercise.

9 :20 Moved Maureen to kitchen

9 :25 Administer Manuka honey followed by Levothyroxine

9 :30 Starts breakfast. Omelet, banana, 8 oz prune juice, and cup of water. Administer Lisinopril and Polcyn with apple sauce

10:15 performed oral care

12:00 Lunch a full cup of smoothie

12:50 Rest period #1 diaper was medium wet. Changed the diaper. Rest on the right side.

2 :00 Repositioned on the left side.

2 :40 Changed diaper was medium wet.

3:00 Moved Maureen to the recliner chair.

4 :00 Cup of fruit and coconut water

5:40 Changed diaper. Diaper was medium wet.

6:00 Started dinner. Lasagna w/ spinach. Mango salad. Coconug water.

6 :40 Finished dinner. Administer Olanzapine.

6:50 Oral care

7 :30 Starting putting Maureen to bed
