8:10A -Get up Maureen. Performed complete bed bath. Diaper was light wet.

8:35 -AM exercise/strecthes.

9:00 -Administered levothyroxine with apple sauce. Followed by breakfast, oatmeal, banana,

8oz. of prune juice & water.

9:40A -Adminstered loratidine & lisinopril. Oral care.

10:45 -Half a cup of smoothie.

11:08 -Finished smoothie.

11:30 -Rest period 1.

12:30P -Washed hair. Diaper changed. Medium wet. BM medium formed.

12:50-Lunch. Tuna, toasted bread, & potato salad. a cup of Coconut water.

1:15 -Oral Care.

2:40 -Changed diaper. Diaper was medium wet. Extra small BM. Rest Period 2.

3:40 -Rest Period 2 ends. Changed diaper. Diaper was medium wet. Moved Maureen to living room.
