6:30am Maureen‘s sleeping lying on her left side.
7:00am Maureen takes sips of water via swab. She woke up 15 minutes ago with slight twitching for a few minutes.
7:30am Maureen’s sleeping.
8:00am She’s in and out of sleep.
8:30am Maureen sleeps.
9:00am She is soundly asleep.
9:25am Maureen woke up calmly 10 minutes ago. We now raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:30am Our day starts giving Maureen a full body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta. No redness observed. Joanna and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
9:50am Maureen’s enjoying an oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 8oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax and 2 pieces prune. Coughed twice releasing some phlegm, and sneezed once.
Daily Miralax dosage: 1/2 cap.
10:15am Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
Carolyn visited Maureen.
10:20am Morning oral care. Right upper gum bleeding during brushing.
Maureen had a coughing/sneezing moment, used suction pump.
10:30am Facial routine performed.
Maureen had 1/3 cup of cucumber water.
11:00am Ann, RN came for Maureen’s weekly visit:

Pulse: 78
Temp: 98.7
11:30am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first resting break. Diaper was dry, positioned on her right at 11:40.
12:30pm First break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and continued washing Maureen’s hair then transferred to the kitchen.
12:45pm Blow dryer and styled Maureen’s hair.
12:55pm Lunch: Veggies soup, chicken salad with sl tomato/cucumber on the side, full cup of sparkling water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. No coughs.
1:25pm Oral care.
Maureen seems to be in good spirits. She ate lunch with enthusiasm giving us the second smile of the day, and she’s been talkative too!
1:30pm We‘re going with Maureen for ad walk around the neighborhood. She enjoyed every minute staying alert the whole time.
Back home, Maureen had only 1/4 cup of cucumber water, holding it in her mouth.
2:30pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second resting break. Diaper was heavy wet with a Large-formed bowel movement, cleaned and changed. Positioned on her left side at 2:45.
3:30pm Second resting break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed Maureen to the living room.
3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi). No coughs.
