Wednesday, May 10 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 7:45 am- Maureen opened her eyes wide, started twitching, clenched her hands. Pulse went up to 115 and came back to the 70-s in the next five minutes. She is drifting off to sleep now.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 8:45 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep now.

• 9:10 am- Maureen is awake now and we raised the bed. Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce at 9:15 am.

• 9:30 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Brian and I washed her upper body, dressed and transferred Maureen to the Geri chair. Headed to the dining area.

• 9:45 am- Breakfast- - smoothie with 2 tbsp of oatmeal, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 10 20am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 10:25 am- Facial routine.

• 11:00 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 12:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was medium wet. There was no vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 12:30 pm.

• 1:15 pm- We shortened Maureen's rest break a little. Her diaper was medium wet. Coleen and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the Geri chair. Headed to the dining area for lunch.
